A closer look...

Jerry sent some pictures to give us our first glimpse of Columbia, and in the slideshow above you will see:

1·        A few miles from our retreat site in Lebrija is the bigger city of Bucaramanga. It is built on a plateau overlooking a verdant valley below! We are on another hill on the opposite side (reminds me of Michmash in I Samuel 14…)

3.        A closer look at Lebrija – outside the restaurant where we had lunch after picking up Pastor Fernando at the airport….a beautiful city but a block away there is still a lot of poverty       

4.        The bunkroom – where I’ll be bunking with 6 other guys.
