A new project for the school in the Mathare slums-a Bakery!

This is a small shop they have fixed up, next to the school, that sells the bakery items they make with their new mixer and ovens. Still a pretty small profit margin but for right now it is providing work for about ten people! Pretty exciting! The bakery has taken over one room at the primary school...these are the two new brothers who do the actual baking- Steve and Dan...The mixer works for light weight pastry batter but breaks when they put in heavier dough for bread which would be the real money maker.
