Soccer with the locals

We spent sometime with a local soccer team of high school boys, who are basically street kids that several local adults are investing their lives in. The rest of the team was away that day but they started out the season 2-13 and finished the second half 14-2. They are heading off to the regional competition from here and two of the boys have a chance to try out for the National team!  Their shoes were awful and the ball they were using could barely hold air, so we brought them two new balls from Nairobi and left some money for gas and food.
